Bristol Old Vic to stage open air Treasure Island

Bristol Old Vic will stage an open-air production of Treasure Island this summer as part of a series of projects the theatre is undertaking while parts of the venue are refurbished.

The production will be staged in a specially-constructed outdoor theatre on King Street, capable of seating up to 500 people. It will sit only yards from the Llandoger Trow pub, which is allegedly where Robert Louis Stevenson wrote part of the novel.
Treasure Island will be directed by Sally Cookson and will run from 6th July to 27th August.
Treasure Island will play at the King Street open air theatre in Bristol between 6th July and 27th August. Groups of 10 or more are eligible for discounts. To book tickets telephone 0117 907 4907.
