GROUPS can now enjoy a combined day visit to two top London attractions – Art Deco mansion Eltham Palace & Gardens and the nearby Ranger’s House, home to the diamond collection of jewel magnate Sir Julius Wernher.

The ‘Glitz and Glamour’ full day itinerary from English Heritage begins with a 90-minute guided tour around the Palace.
Highlights include the domed entrance hall and the Great Hall of Medieval Eltham Palace, once the childhood home of Henry VIII.
After the tour group members have an hour to explore the 19 acres of gardens, offering panoramic views over London and featuring a rock garden sloping down to a water-filled moat, medieval bridge and sunken rose garden.
The package also includes a buffet lunch served on arrival at Ranger’s House.
Lunch is followed by a 90-minute tour of the house which stands on the edge of Greenwich Park, taking in 700 works of art including early religious paintings and Dutch Old Masters, minute carved Gothic ivories and Renaissance bronzes.
Groups then have half an hour to look around before departure.
