Recognised as one of the leading events of its type in Europe, the Birmingham Tattoo will celebrate its 23rd anniversary at the city’s NIA in a new December slot.

Featuring parades, massed marching bands and displays of gymnastics and dog handling skills, the re-named Christmas Tattoo will feature over 1,000 performers.
There will also be a dazzling grand finale commemorating the Christmas cease-fire during the First World War, with appearances from tenor, Tim Pitman, and classically trained singer, Rebecca Robinson, and a closing ceremony featuring the Royal Air Force Cosford Queen’s Colour and Escort, the traditional Land of Hope and Glory, the Evening Hymn and the Lone Piper.
The 2011 Birmingham International Christmas Tattoo will take place at the NIA in Birmingham on 10th and 11th December. Special discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
