The Group Travel Organisers (GTOA) has secured an exclusive members’ rate for day trip insurance through Towergate Insurance, Fareham. With more than 60% of group travel organisers opting to undertake day trips the GTOA is the only trade association to have made an affordable liability insurance available to its members.
The annual premium starts from £193 including tax and £34 fee. This premium as quoted includes cover for as many as 500 passengers a year on day trips, or 10 coach trips per year with 50 passengers per trip. Higher passenger numbers can be quoted on request.

Professional Indemnity £250,000 Any one Period of Insurance
Legal Expenses £100,000 any one period of insurance

This insurance ONLY covers day trips – if GTOs require overnight insurance a separate insurance policy is available also at specially negotiated rates.
The Day Trip Organisers Liability Insurance is offered by Towergate Insurance, Fareham – a company with no affiliation with or endorsement by the Group Travel Organisers Association.
The rates quoted are exclusively available to GTOA members and you must quote your membership number in order to receive the special rate as quoted.
