The Parlamentarium is the largest parliamentary visitor’s centre in Europe and has cost £15.5 million to build. Fully interactive, open seven days a week and free of charge, it is a chance for groups to see Brussels in another light. Innovative and entertaining multi-media displays together with virtual 3D tours are on offer and the opportunity to learn about what really happens at the heart of the EU headquarters. It will be the first ever ‘citizens’ centre’ fully accessible in 23 languages.
Groups will be guided through the exhibition by an electronic multimedia guide that will help you to discover the past, present and future of the European Parliament, with 450,000 visitors expected each year. It promises to be a unique and interactive experience, combining information, education and entertainment.
