Website to highlight poor customer service

MySociety, a project run by the UK Citizens Online Democracy, has launched a new website, FixMyTransport.

It offers a userfriendly platform for customers to give opinions on any aspect of transport services. Views are logged publicly on the site and sent directly to operators’ customer relations teams as well. Single complaints can rapidly grow into a lobbying movement if a quick response is not given.
