The National Theatre in London will be streaming several plays weekly from April. If you missed the hit production of One Man, Two Guvnors – now’s your chance to catch this acclaimed comedy if you get in quick. It is available for free on the National Theatre’s YouTube channel until 9th April. James Corden won a Tony Award for his performance as a minder working for two different shady characters in this English adaptation of 18th century Italian play The Servant of Two Masters, now set in 1960s Brighton. The other plays that will be shown during April are Jane Eyre, Treasure Island and Twelfth Night, featuring Tamsin Greig, currently on our television screens in ITV’s Belgravia drama. Each play will be screened 7pm on Thursdays and then available for a week.

Alongside the streamed productions, National Theatre At Home will also feature accompanying interactive content such as Q&As with cast and creative teams and post-stream talks, with further details of this programme to be announced, as well as the online schedule for May.

The National Theatre is currently closed to audiences and performances won’t resume before July.
