Historic Royal Palaces ready to welcome groups back

The Tower of London exterior

After re-opening to the public recently, Historic Royal Palaces (HRP), has announced it will very soon be ready to work with Travel Trade partners and Group Organisers. The organisation looks after six royal palaces – Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, and Kew Palace in the London area, and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.

The B2B booking portal for Agency Voucher Scheme members will be open on 3rd August for bookings and visits. Group visits can also be booked on their website from this date.

All visitors must have a booking with a timed admission and each member of the party must arrive with their pre-printed (or on mobile device) Historic Royal Palaces ticket. Third party vouchers will no longer be accepted. Groups and parties must adhere to social distancing guidelines when waiting, entering and visiting the palaces. More details on the work HRP are doing to ensure the safety of visitors and staff can be found on the Keeping you Safe pages on their website.

Opening days and times have been altered and will be subject to change going forward. HRP are hoping to enable group bookings for 2021 from late August. Again, details will be updated on the Historic Royal Palaces website.
