The calendar of events on offer at Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire this year will include, from 20th May to 1st November 2020, ‘Books of Art’, which explores the role of books (dating from the 17th to the 19th century) within the arts. The line-up also promises the introduction of ‘Fish and Fizz’, a one-off evening event serving English sparkling wine alongside fruits de mer on 20th June, a ‘G & afternoon T’ over the Father’s Day weekend, and the ever-popular ‘Colourscape’ in May half term.

From 28th March to 25th October, visiting groups will also be able to see Nick Knight’s ‘Roses from my Garden’ exhibition in the Coach House Gallery within the Stables. In a career marked by longstanding relationships with Alexander McQueen and John Galiano, photographer Nick Knight’s constant desire to experiment, push boundaries, and challenge his audience has led him to take up a new subject, the classic rose – but expressed in an entirely new way.

Moving towards the summer, the second Summer Fest on 4th and 5th July will amaze visitors by with a range of street theatre and arts performances, including an incredible acrobatic performance by Newton’s Ladder. Enjoy a vast selection of street food on offer, or pack a rug and a hamper and enjoy a picnic on the lawns.
